I went to get a haircut at a common inexpensive hair salon. There were a lot of customers, so I had to wait for almost an hour. The cost was only 1,500 JPY, but the price had increased by 200 JPY compared with the previous price. Even so, it is still about one-third of the price in the Netherlands. I took a shower and completed my minimum daily routine. I visited Cafe Yamaneko. I was able to concentrate on reading and had enjoyable conversations with the regular customers. It was a fulfilling time. After that, I picked up my sun umbrella at the bar Tachimachiya. I had left it there the last time I visited. There were no customers. It was the first time I had seen the place so empty. I had two bottles of beer and several dishes. I talked with the bar owner, Mari-san, and her mother. It made me happy. When I was leaving, I met Daiki-san. It was the first time I had seen him in one or two years. He looked exactly the same as before. I continued having dinner and drinks with my parents. I was shocked that my dad still had his hair cut by my mother. He should go to a barber. His lifestyle is completely disconnected from the local community. I think that he will become senile sooner or later. I was really disappointed by his attitude and hated it. He went to bed just before 9 pm, and my mom and I continued talking and drinking. We had chilled soba noodles to end the day. I went to bed around 11:30 pm, but I did not feel drunk, so I read books for an hour. I felt empty because I kept thinking about what I should do with my life.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
I took a stool test for my medical checkup.
