There was no bathtub in the bathroom, so I complained to the reception desk about it. The receptionist was able to speak Japanese, so it was easy to communicate. In the end, the photos displayed on Agoda were incorrect, so if I wanted a room with a bathtub, I had to pay an extra 50,000 KRW. It was insane. I went through my daily routine in the hotel room, including muscle training, and took a shower. I went out to have dinner. I found a nice bar and went in, but when I told the waitress that I was alone, she said that customers dining alone were not allowed. Seriously? Are you okay? Are you an airhead? I chose a skewer restaurant instead. It was not bad, but the atmosphere and the ordering system, which required me to use a tablet, were not enjoyable. I stopped by a convenience store and bought a bento. It was not a typical bento because each side dish was individually sealed in its own plastic pouch. I could not understand the reasoning behind that. I ate it while watching Korean news on TV. I still felt unsatisfied, so I went out again. I entered another restaurant and ordered a beer, but the waiter told me that I had to order at least one food item. I told him that I was full. However, it was still not allowed. Damn! I moved to another bar. A middle-aged waitress made a good first impression. I was able to order only a beer, and when I told her that I was Japanese, she showed me photos from her trip to Japan. After that, she gave me a big slice of melon for free. What a kind person she was. I ordered kimchi with cold tofu. It looked like a dish for three or four people. It was far too much, even though I had told her that I was a small eater. I tried to finish the entire portion. Anyway, the bar was nice. I went to bed around 11 pm.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
I checked into a hotel in South Korea, Incheon, at 3 pm.
