I headed to the bar My Way, but it seemed that there was a live performance by a singer, so I went to another bar I often visit, Stiefel. There were few customers even though it was Saturday. I thought about why my feelings had changed, and I realized that the reason I had successfully fasted once a week for two consecutive weeks was that my housemate had been absent. As a result, I was able to concentrate on my activities. I am very sensitive to sound and people. I had olives, canned sardines, and tortilla wraps for dinner.
