I did not get out of bed until after noon. I forgot that I had an appointment for teeth whitening at the dental clinic. I rushed through my daily routine and visited the dentist at 3 pm. The procedure cost only 10,000 yen. Afterwards, I went to the public bath, Hono-yu. It was refreshing, but I was not feeling well, so I did not stop at any bars that day. At home, I had rice and leftover deep-fried croquette for dinner. I took some medicine and went to bed before 7 pm.
