They had been guessing together with the regular customers what I do for a living, and they guessed that I am a doctor. I laughed a lot and said, “No way! I am not a doctor at all.” After that, I went to an English class, where I took a group lesson. The other two students were quite young and looked very shy, which made me feel a bit strange. Later, I visited an izakaya called Hebereke, which I had been introduced to at Ajia-tei. The staff at Hebereke told me the story of how they founded their izakaya. I was really impressed by their passion, so I bought them a round of beers. The dishes were fantastic, but the total cost was less than 6,000 yen. Afterwards, I went back to my nearest station and then entered Ajia-tei. I told the bar owner that I had visited Hebereke. He told me that the owner there used to work at Iwaso, the most classic and luxurious Japanese hotel in Miyajima. I thought about buying a bottle of shochu. I asked, “How long do you keep the bottle?” and the bar owner answered, “Forever!” I decided to buy a bottle of Kuro-Kirishima. I felt very happy from the bottom of my heart. I fell asleep around 2 am.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
I went to Cafe Yamaneko as usual and talked with the cafe owner.
