I could not sleep well due to feeling unwell. My throat was very sore, so I took medicine and sucked on a herb candy. I left home around 9 am and visited a public library to attend a Dutch learning class called Samenspraak. The class was founded by Janine, who discovered it through inquiries with the local government. There were about 20 people in attendance, and we were divided into two groups. In my group, the teachers were Marga, aged 76, and Ina, aged 75. They were both very nice ladies. Other students came from Nepal and could speak Japanese because they had lived in Nagoya, Japan for 15 years. The class was for absolute beginners, which was perfect for me. After the class, I stopped by a supermarket and a drug store to get some medicine. I returned home around 1 pm. While I was out, Jan installed a hanging metal bar in my room. For dinner, I had pork steak with lots of veggies and avocado.
