I don&#8217;t like to go out in the morning but I had no option. My metal filling was changed to a white one. It looks nice. I went to the supermarket. On the way home, I stopped by a park then did practice for English. And then after I came back home, I took a shower. I tried to take a nap but I couldn&#8217;t sleep well. In the evening, I went to the bar My Way. I had three glasses of beer with nuts. I had shrimp salad, simmered chicken leg, and udon noodles. I fell asleep around 9pm.
